Holiday leftover

Using leftover materials is certainly my joy when making cards.  So when I see the challenge from Jingle Belles, I quickly created this card using my scaps.

The background paper was probably cut last year or the year before when making christmas card.  I can't remember why I left it there, maybe I've made enough, so I can sit back to enjoy the holidays instead of making cards. :)

The beige strip which has the sentiment on it was "created" when I was cutting out the 12"x12" card stock to make the card.  The golden glitter tape was an accident.  I was making the other card and cutting out the glitter tape.  Later on, I realized I cut it too long.  Don't ask me how it happened, I DID measured before I cut. ;)

Anyway, hope you like this card.

what a brilliant use of scraps, together they make a super-fun card!!! i love hearing where each piece came from too... and yes... i also frequently MEASURE CAREFULLY (at least i think i do, lol) but have a piece too long or too short; i'm glad to not be the only one! :) thanks for joining our delicious feast of "holiday leftovers" at JINGLE BELLES! ♥
