A quilled baby carriage for a baby girl. At first, I was planning to use quilled circles for the wheels. While looking for places to put some gems, I find it looks quite nice to use them as wheels.
Beautiful card and perfect quilling so stylish. Would love to have a go at quilling but am nearly blind from too much blogging I think that would just about finish me off , !
