It's a crazy weekend. I made 4 cards!! I'm planning to give this one to my niece who is turning 6 in a few months. It's so much fun to make cards for kids.
I made the whole cupcake myself!! I can't believe I still have some artistic ability to draw. :P And I just love the purple rhinestones added below the cupcake. Not sure if you notice too... there's some embossing in the background of the card.
Hope you enjoy it. I better stop and get ready for the new week to come!

New cat stamp & first EBTKS challenge
My friend and I recently started to exchange our craft tools (well... she got a lot more than me, so I'm more on the receiving side :) ). So got so excited about this. And I used one of her cute cat stamps for the EBTKS sketch challenge.
Here is the sketch challenge:
And here you go:
I'm not very good at combining different patterned paper together, and I found a bit weird too. But when I looked at it this morning, it wasn't too bad (I hope!!).
I put some glitter on the cat as well... if you can see..

First post of Year 2010
It's been a while for doing some craft-related work. I blame it all to the holiday seasons. :)
As the first post of this year, I entered the Crazy 4 Challenge - C4C21- Pretty in Pink. As Valentine's Day coming up (I know, it's almost a month from now, but I work slow), here is my take on this challenge
I wasn't too happy about the "string" for the heart balloon. It's supposed to be more smooth. The glue wasn't applied evenly and I was too lazy (and forgot about the consequence) to even it out. Anyway, I'll remember not to do that again!
